My Salvation Declaration
I am in the most powerful position ever because I am in a state of being where I am doing something good for me that is in direct conflict and opposite of everything my ego believes to be possible right now. It believes it can't be helped or feel better, and so its jurisdiction is SO strong that it is reinforcing that reality. But I am choosing, nonetheless, to read inspiring things and to exercise my power. I have no clue what the end result is, and I don't know how I will feel when I'm done. The only thing I know is that I want to feel better, and due to not having any of these answers, I have nullified myself into being in this state of being - with ego's help of course. So, with this CHOICE to do something positive for myself, and choosing it especially at a time when I feel like there are no other options, is the PERFECT time to pull out the weed root that we call ego. This reinforces my own core, inherent power of control; to be in that state of awareness, and to choose power. And to keep choosing it until it grows stronger and stronger. It is of great benefit to be in this state of being, because I am in full touch with how I do not want to feel, and my incentive for getting out of that space is HIGH.
Beyond that discomfort, the incentive has NOT been high because ego has cornered off every other option for expansion. Therefore, it is from this spot of pain, disillusionment and suffering that I had begun with which is my most powerful place to choose from. To choose amidst the deepest pain and confusion and horror of feeling bad comes the greatest power of I AM. This is trust. This is real. This is how I am choosing to be, and it is the foothold of all choices to rise upward. It is this realization of power at our source, while present in our deepest darkness, where we recognize and prove to ourselves that we are more powerful than any amount of darkness that we feel.
And so we begin to gently choose light. And we feel a sense of power from that light. We feel a small shift. We feel that we no longer are feeling as bad as we once were feeling, so we decide to choose again into that direction. We decide to continue marveling at that power we just displayed where we were previously making a choice that was in absolute darkness, and we realized that even in our misery and pain, we finally found something - our power to choose. Our emotions begin following this choice, and we reinforce more and more to ourselves as we rise up that we are seeing ourselves in our greatest glory, that we are using our most profound definition of strength, that we are remembering ourselves while in our darkest hour, and that remembering ourselves in our darkest moment, and our power to choose, is the greatest display of divine power that we could hope to know of ourselves. This is our divinity, and it is more powerful than anything else we know about ourselves. And if we remember, from when we were in the complete darkness, we were still present with our true selves, in all of our glory and power. And we KNEW, deep down underneath us, that the real us was there somewhere, and that we just had to be our true self while we were in that space long enough to KNOW the real power that we are.
And so our minds begin to change dramatically at this point. We begin to realize how helpful are pain has been to us, and how much our struggle has meant to us. And we REMEMBER this choice that we made while we were feeling at our worst. And we remember that while we were feeling at our worst, did we have the ultimate opportunity to empower ourselves to be our best.
The BEST that we could be for ourselves was choosing to remember who we were when we had forgotten. When we felt no incentive and our world told us that there was no way we could make that change, and everything in our feelings told us the same - we still chose.
Only when we feel the absolute darkness within can we truly experience how bright our light truly is, and that no matter how dark it gets, our light never, ever burns out.
