Non-US Residents
Servicing clients from England / United Kingdom, an additional fee of $30.00 (U.S. dollars) will be added per 30 minute increment to the standard service fees (or $15.00 per 15 minute increment).
Servicing clients from Canada, an additional fee of $10.00 (U.S. dollars) will be added per 30 minute increment to the standard service fees (or $5.00 per 15 minute increment).
